He does his Lat pull downs with his palms facing each other. He says "you get more of a complete contraction with your hands semisupinated" and you can use more weight,ok I agree with that. Here's what I don't understand, is that he "pulls down the bar to the top of his head and holds for a couple of secs" How in the hell do you get contraction by only bring the bar to the top of you head?:dunno:

all he is doing is a partial rep. they have there place in training but your main focus should be on full reps with a pause at the beginning and end of them movement to eliminate and momentum or bouncing in your repetition.Originally posted by Manchild
