Hi folks,
My dumbbell bench press is being limited by my shoulder joint.
Basically during my bench sets, I feel like I have a couple of more reps in me but my shoulder joint feels like it will pop if I attempt it, so I stop. This is really frustrating!
Are there specific exercises to target the tendons and ligaments in my shoulder, or should I just keep pushing as hard as I can and it will get better as my upper body gets stronger?
Is there anything I can add to my diet/supplements to help? Currently, I am only taking whey protein and multivitamins in addition to normal food.
Any help and advice would be great.
