      weighted ab exercises are all im doin, i see no reason to do em without weights? i mean u want to stimulate growth! and i hear that abs are made of fast twitch muscle fibers ( maybe slow twitch i cant remember lol) anywas it seems they grow alot faster with weights, and my abs KILL for days after my im done with em
