  • wanna keep it simple, any thoughts?

    I wanna keep my training simple, cause when I think back I always looked my best training simple and eating right. Before I list my training program I'll let you know I am dieting and I am on 3iu jintropin 5 x a week, 500mg eq, 300mg test cyp, winny 30mg ed.

    Day1-Chest & Tri's
    Incline bench press- 1 sets x 15, 2 sets x 10, 1 sets x 6 reps
    Low incline bench press- 2 sets x 10, 1 sets x 6 reps
    Flat Bench press-1 sets x 15, 2 sets x 10, 1 sets x 6 reps
    Skullcrushers- 1 sets x 15, 2 sets x 10, 1 sets x 6 reps
    Pushdowns- 2 sets x 8-10 reps

    Day2-Back & Bi's
    Chin-ups- 2 sets x failure
    Barbell row- 1 sets x 15, 2 sets x 10, 1 sets x 6 reps
    Close grip pulldown- 2 sets x 10, 1 set x 6-8 reps
    Seated row- 2 sets x 10, 1 sets x 6-8 reps
    Preacher curl- 3 sets x 8 reps
    Cable curl-2-3 sets x 8 reps

    Shoulders-
    Military Press- 1 sets x 15, 2 sets x 10, 1 set x 6 reps
    Side raises- 3 sets 8-10 reps
    reverse fly(rears) 3 sets x 8-10 reps
    Shrugs- 3-4 sets x 10-15 reps

    Legs-
    Squats-2 sets x 15, 2 sets x 10 , 2 sets x 8, 1 sets x 6 reps
    Stiff leg deadlift- 4 sets x 10-12 reps

    I will change order of exercises every week for a shock, but thats pretty much it, any comments or suggestions will be much appreciated.

    sounds goods, for legs i would add some calf raises or something

      Sorry for not adding in the small muscle groups. I usually do calves every 3 days, not to sound conceeded but I'm really happy with my calves. Abs I do once or twice a week and throw them in whenever.
      I also do cardio 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes after weight training, or twice a week I do it first thing in the morning, but after 20 minutes I begin do die out, do the session lasts only about 20-25 minutes in the morning. I alternate between the bike and treadmill, depends on my mood.
