      If I had a spotter I'd have pushed for more reps on the last 2 sets but I trained alone today.
      Good work Puddles!!! To help you get to the next level, instead of the 155 for 12, go straight to the 165. In essence, you're burning up some energy in that set that could be used later for heavier weight. Since you're going to your max weight right away, you may surprise yourself and be able to do more than you think!!!;) :)

          Yeah...I'll start with 165 next time as a warm up set. :D

          This was my first time using more than 135.

            This week's squats:

            155 x 12 reps
            165 x 10 reps
            165 x 9 reps
            165 x 7 reps

            I got very frustrated because I had a migraine half way through squats so I skipped leg curls and extensions on leg day. Then yesterday I played catch-up and reached a pb on extensions:

            150 x 10
            145 x 10
            145 x 8
            120 x 10
