I've been doing them for over 5 years now. I do 5 sets of 15+ reps and sometimes I strap 25 pounds to myself (I weigh 200 lbs).
I try and vary the grip over the 5 sets....
Arnold said to do 50 reps each time you work back. If it takes 1 set, then great. If it takes 50 sets of 1 rep, do it!
It keeps getting easier.
