I'm trying out Stonecold's less volume/high intensity workout theory for a comparison of gains against the traditional stlye of 8-10 rep w/3 sets for each bodypart. I have overtrained in the past and believe that it has cost me in gains. I did find success with HST but I want something different now. I think that there is validity to the less volume/high intensity workout plan and want to male the most of it.
From my understanding, people have various combinations of st and ft muscle fibers in their bodies. How can you tell what your makeup is on certain muscle groups? I ask because I'm trying to find out the best rep/cadence scheme for my workouts.
edit: Sorry, I thought I was posting this in the training section :moron:
