    Hey guys I have a quick question regarding a day off during the week. My split looks like this:

    mon: chest
    tue: back
    wed:arms
    thur: legs
    fri: shoulders

    I do work calves, abs and traps. I am wondering if it is ok to do a 5 day split without a rest day in between? I rest on the weekends and go to school in the day. I get around 7.5-8 hours of sleep everynight. I do cardio in the morning and I am dieting. Thanks guys.

    I think it would be fine, but I like to have a day off in the middle of the week. Just makes me feel better!

      Heres what mine looks like. Keep in mind my routine focuese more on power and strength rather than bodybuilding.
      Mon Chest & Tris
      Tue Back & Bis
      Wed off
      Thur Shoulders & Traps
      Fri Legs
      Sat Abs (light day)
      Sun off
