As far as the cable cross adn the pull overs I would let them go for now. Infact...I would not even group a pullover as a chest exercise (although I know that some would---but the action does NOT match with the pecs:))

PUSH your self on the core lifts!!!! That is the best way to add the mass!!!
isn't it weird how pullovers became a chest exercise just because people thought it was working the pecs because it made them sore from the mirco tears it caused from the extreme stretchs that some people did with it in the chest area?

I always thought that cross bench pullovers were more for enlarging the chest cavity by stretching the ribcage, as opposed to bulding muscle---Wrong? BB

that was always the hypothesis put out since the 70's when Arnold and others claimed that. Those guys would have had huge chest cavities from there genetics.

Real pullovers on a real pullover machine (like nautilus, superslow, medex or hammer strength) is the best lat exercise because it removes the biceps as the weak link in the back movements. there is still a bit of tricep in the movement but you can just shorten it up in the top position to fix that. i miss having a pullover machine. cybex lifeline and all the other crap companies don't know how to build one correctly.

LOL, I know it cracks me up that these don't put money back into the gym while they rape everyones bank account. I can't wait to have my own house and start piecing together my own.

Yea, that's why i'm starting to build my own. Even with the little "suggestion" box my gym has, seems to do no good. It's as if they just use them to wipe their ass.
