    Actually bro, I did answer your question for ya maybe not in full though. You said you train six days a week..Which yeah is too much …cut down the routine a bit. I gave you the other half of what you will need to do to achieve your goal, training and nutrition go hand in hand. If your training too much yes you will have a hard time gaining. But even if you you were training just as you should and you don’t have proper calorie intake..you will not achieve your goal. My bad if I was being a dick about it, caught me on a bad day.               thats my boy shibby. alright, fine no aids drinks. but T, am i overtraining? i mean u know my schedule..is it too much? or just too much for what im eating? or what? im still gaining strength fairly steadily, but have only gained 2 lbs since the middle of july. hella frustrating!!!

                  I would say your definately going to need to cut your cardio. You do alot. Including your biking. I never really saw you eat up there, other than a snack, which tells me you might not been eating nearly enough. I don't know if you ever saw P at the front desk at night but basically all he did was stand there and eat. He has a hell of time putting on weight with his metabolism so high. I don't know if you saw my thread about getting help with my diet but as I found out is still needed some real improvement. Post your diet in the nutrition section and work with the help here to get it together to achieve your goals. It will take some time and patience and but there is alot of help here.

                          I really don't know. It has I think like 120 carbs in one drink. It made by ABB (american body building). The lady that does the pro shop/Merchandise for the gyms was telling me about it. They sell alot in the two locations in the city (SF, Cali). She was saying something about it was due to that. I was just more making a point to him of why that location carries a large selection in flavors and a stock of it in the back. I didn't sell but a few when I was working at that location.

                            Its simply a carb drink bro. Just like any other carb drink it is used pre and post workout to replenish glycogen stores. I think that lady is talking jiberish.

                                I figured she didn't know what she was talking about. That's why I didn't ask anything else.

                                You ever hear people say stuff and it just kind of stuns you because it makes no sense and you just let it go? That's basically what it felt like.
