    I hate training my damn abs, I do weighted situps on an incline bench, rope cable pull downs, and I hang from a pullup bar and do straight leg lifts. It's always to the point where I want to puke up fire or something. Of course, I never train abs first either. They just get added onto some other body part, so I rush through it so I can finish my complete workout in under 45 min.

      I hate doing back because I never feel like I"m getting a good workout when I do it. I hate doing abs too, not that I have any

            Abs. Calves.

            When they are both sore I can't breathe or walk. I might as well stay in bed and eat cake.

                  defenitly abs, but only because theres no visible pump or anything visual to say you did a good job. just a dull ache that i usaully never feel the next day! pisses me off!
