    college was great because I had two awesome guys to work out with but in the past 4 years I haven't had anyone to motivate me. It really sucks to workout alone.

      i was going to start a simalar thread laast night after watching this guy, who has a good build do about 10 sets of db press. the problem was he was only moving the things about 6 inches tops. sure he was using 120 lb db but i was almost laughing my ass off watching him. he was screaming and shit it was great, i wanted to tell him to try some 80's and c if he could touch his chest just once. if he only had good form he would be huge.
