        Yes, pushups add mass and definition, do several hundred a day, which takes about 10 minutes when you work up to it, ie, do 75 pu's every couple hours during the day.

            many people regard pushups as too weak and not effective.. I find no better exercise to finish a workout with... i love em =-]
