    So, I got food poisoning from a bad can of tuna yesterday. I really don't have the energy to do a real workout, so I'm not even going to pretend. I'm also having a heck of a time eating--and keeping it down! What do you guys do when you're sick to try to minimize muscle/weight loss? Thanks for any input.

    At least this will keep me from breaking my diet at tonight's Xmas party!

    Bro, 1 day is not going to set you back that far really IMOP. Try to hold down some fluid at first and then start with some crackers or something with salt that is light. Dont worry about eating crackers since you have not had anything in your system for a day anyways. Good luck and sorry to hear about you getting sick

          I actually opened a can of Chicken of the Sea, went into a meeting that lasted an hour, and then ate it. I didn't think one hour would make it go bad, but I guess it could have. Man, I'm starving but I can't keep anything down. I don't remember ever being so hungry in my life!

            dont worry about it bro... u wont lose anything from one day off, or even a week off.. hope u feel better, fucking hate getting food poisoning

              chinese food. I can usually hold it down when sick and high in calories. just drink a shake with it for protein. :D
