So, I got food poisoning from a bad can of tuna yesterday. I really don't have the energy to do a real workout, so I'm not even going to pretend. I'm also having a heck of a time eating--and keeping it down! What do you guys do when you're sick to try to minimize muscle/weight loss? Thanks for any input.
