That is a sweet setup, I wish I had the room for all that....
Where did you pruchase most of it? I see you live in MN. Where is the best place to pick like the Corssover up at? Second Wind or where?
Do you have any low pulley row or T-bar row in there?

Actually I kinda do machine incline fly lifts by putting the FID bench at a slight incline in the cable cross-over and doing flyes there. You can do incline, decline, or flat machine flyes that way. I have found I like that better than free weight flyes cause you get constant tension on the muscle all the way to the top.Originally posted by stonecold54
the only thing I would REALLY want besides the basics is a pullover machine and a 10 degree incline machine flye. but that is just my wants.
I kinda figured you'd want a pullover but I just have to do those with free weights.

Actually, mirrors are the next thing-especially in front of the smith machine. Really need them for squats. You can't see the sound system but it's good enough to rock the basement. Actually, i'm putting in a 10K sound system upstairs that I'm gonna pipe down into some new speakers in the basement-that'll rock my basement and the neighbors!Originally posted by lxorl
looks sweet...
get some big mirriors on the wall.
and a sweet sounds system

I'm gonna finish the rest of the basement now, so I think I'm gonna wish I had more room cause that's where my entertainment center (big screen TV w/ sound system) and game tables and bar were supposed to go.Originally posted by voneber

I got a pretty good deal on all my stuff at Push, Pedal, Pull in Edina. I have a close grip and a T-bar handle that I use to do low and high rows on the cable xover unit. The cable xover I got is a new Power System unit from Keys. It has a bunch of heights you can lock the handle at. I shopped around a little for it. Second Wind also carries some pretty good ones. If you want to know the places and prices, PM me and I can tell you the places and prices I got quoted.

That's the problem with all this stuff. I think when I move, I'm just gonna leave it. There's no way I'd want to have to move all that weight. It comes with the house to whoever buys it. I'll just start over at my next place!Originally posted by meat12

Yeah I would of took all of it but I moved from a house to a condo, so I was a bit limited in what I could take. Basically just brought my db's and a bench. Kinda sucked cause I really didn't get much money for any of the stuff. Luckily there is a Rec center a half block from the new place though :)Originally posted by BBAddict

It's a Keys Power System. All their Power System stuff is guaranteed for life, so I only buy that line of Keys. It's great for leg press, hack squat and calves at home.Originally posted by GearTripper
who makes that hack-squat machine? i'm guessing "life-fitness" or something like that. i can't remember but i think i've seen that label before. it's looks to be of perfect size to fit in my garage.
