I know this is a very broad question:
& I dont want to get bashed but here it goes.
I want to loose bodyfat its high Id say about 25-30% & I have no excuse other than laziness. I really need to learn how to do it right ,nutrition & excercises. I really want to do this for my own health & so I can see my kids grow up. PLease help.! Beleive me I wouldn't take a chance of getting on here and bashed for being lazy & overweight if I didnt really want to change. any advice will be appreciated. I have joined a gym and have been doing cardio first thing in the a.m. and thats all so far.
