  • PLEASE HELP!

I know this is a very broad question:
& I dont want to get bashed but here it goes.
I want to loose bodyfat its high Id say about 25-30% & I have no excuse other than laziness. I really need to learn how to do it right ,nutrition & excercises. I really want to do this for my own health & so I can see my kids grow up. PLease help.! Beleive me I wouldn't take a chance of getting on here and bashed for being lazy & overweight if I didnt really want to change. any advice will be appreciated. I have joined a gym and have been doing cardio first thing in the a.m. and thats all so far.
    Thanks,

well brother its all up to you. You need to say to yourself, i need to do something about it. You gotta want it. Its all patience. We have all gone here before either wanting to get bigger or lose some bodyfat/cut down.

As for the training, do have a routine. A split, working 2 muscle groups per day would be the best bet. As for reps and sets, concentrate on the form first. Doing 3-4 exercises per body part, 2-3 sets per each with good and strict form. Try working a lare muscle group with a small one (chest and triceps) or (back and biceps) etc.
Cardio could also be done in moderate after ur workouts 20-30 minutes per day or 3 days per week.

For nutrition, try consuming 5-6 meals per day, not all that big but high protein, moderate carbs, and eat the good fats (fish oils, flax oils, nuts). You wanna eat those good fats in order to aviod adding the wrong fats to your body and from preventing muscle loss.
Try eating every 4 hours to start off and little by little eating every 3 hours. Egg whites, chicken breasts, lean meats, tuna(cheap price proteins), protein shakes.

But feel free to ask bro, theres alot of good knowledgeable bros here that are willing to help u out bro. POst ur daily schedule so we can help u out.:D

          Another question

Would it benefit me any to add clen to my routine? If so what would be the best cycle for it.
          Thanks guys,

Leave the clen for now, get excercising and eating right for a good twelve weeks you metabolism will change with the excercise and good eating.

See what changes you can make naturally first and remember and therapy will respond even better to a well trained physique.

I agree leave out the clen.

It's going to take time so don't get cought up in trying to see results every day. You will see them as long as you stick with your plan. They just take time.

Good luck and don't hesitate to ask questions

Just out of curiosity Like I said I do Cardio every a.m. right now is it better that I use the treadmill or the elipitical...the reason i ask is me being heavy & running is kinda hurting my knees. is the eliptical just as good cuz it doesn't hurt as bad.
Thanks guys for all your help.
Is there anything I should be taking supplement wise (brands would be good.) or just dieting

I agree about leaving out the Clen. I'm not sure your age, but anyone can have some bad side effects from Clen when not used properly. Side effects as bad as heart conditions. There's plenty of info on Clen on this site.

bro look dont get all hyped at the moment, just go through the basic terms of conditioning. Results will be slow but they will show stick to a good diet and gradually mantain consistent exercise over time.

                    good luck

either is fine. Elipticals are great for people who have knee problems, much less impact.

protein would be the only other supplement... go to a nutrion store... or use the board sponsers and get some whey protein mix (usually chocolate is the best)
and definatly wouldnt take clen... like everyone else said, keep your diet and training down right before even thinking about that
