Coming off cycle really hampers your motivation. I'm not as motivated to go as I was before and during my cycle. I'm also sick, so that is playing a major part in it.
I keep records of all my workouts to stay motivated. I have a chart that must be filled each week no matter what. Even if some of the workouts are not the greatest I showed up. I always leave my workouts fairly open but you really hold yourself accountable. You see what you did the week before and you tell yourself if you can't do more than you're last workout wussing out. Another reason why I was posting my workouts. Now you guys could hold me accountable also. Just a thought SC.

well half my problem is that i have just been training for sooooo long, lol...its sounds stupid but true for me...I have been keeping logs since I was 14...I took almost a full year off the gym a couple years ago I was so burnt out...I dropped 20 pounds but it was necessary for a mental recovery. What I really need is a workout partner but nobody likes to train with me because most guys waste so much time and don't have a good intensity level.
Hey honey, I know how hard it can be, especially the mental shit that comes with being off a cycle.
How I stay motivated after a cycle is over, is say to myself :
"I just dumped a shitload of really harsh chemicals in my body to gain a bunch of muscle & look a certain way. I know this stuff messes with alot of systems in the body, so I'm not going to waste any of it by slacking now, just 'cus I'm off"
The longer we train once "off" the more muscle we can retain for the long term, rather than inflating & deflating like so many people do that are motivated by the drug not the big picture. If we are going to risk the sides that is inherent with aas use, we need to maximise the results.
