I am getting more into squats in recent months and have noticed something when I lift. I am really "feeling it" in the upper, upper part of my quad, like right around where my legs meet my hips or just below. It is especially so on my left (weaker) leg.
My question, is this normal? What is causing me to feel it more in the upper leg where there doesn't seem to be as much muscle? Is there bad form that would cause this?
