Hey guys I just have a quick question, I have been following a routine set out by a couple of you and I have been working until my muscles just wont work anymore.
After the workout I would be lucky to be able to pick up my daughter, Is this a bad thing or should i feel like this??? Because I was given advice to drop some weight but I need an opinion from you guys, Im trying to build muscle not tone.... so im guessing by reading on this site that I want to keep the weight heavy...
