  • Do you guys train more on the sauce?

    i go about 4 days a week off cycle and bout 6 on...Ive been doing this for years now.Think i could get the same or betyter results if i trained less while juicing?

    that all just depends on you. for me it might work and you it might not. i guess trial and error would be my answer.

        Well you can to a point but I don't think that point is much higher as far as "more gains achieved". I think it would be okay to throw in a COUPLE additional sets (of course this is my type of training I am talking about) instead of more sessions. So instead of 3 sets for chest I might do 4 or 5.

          You'd get far better results with less training. Spending 6 days in the gym is serious overtraining.

                Oops, my "no" above was answering the question that you asked as the title of the thread. You posted an opposite question in the actual thread. I train just the same when on gear, I just eat more. I easily over train, even on gear.
