i go about 4 days a week off cycle and bout 6 on...Ive been doing this for years now.Think i could get the same or betyter results if i trained less while juicing?

Well you can to a point but I don't think that point is much higher as far as "more gains achieved". I think it would be okay to throw in a COUPLE additional sets (of course this is my type of training I am talking about) instead of more sessions. So instead of 3 sets for chest I might do 4 or 5.
