      i just know a few guys that do this, who are not powerlifters, where they really blast the chest 1 day of the week, and go a little lighter the next day to build up their muscle endurance as to keep their muscles guessin i suppose.

          Well, my chest has always been my best thing. 3 sets 4-6 reps, Flat barbell, incling dumbell, weighted chest dips. The more my flat bench weight goes up, so does my chest. I have tried with just dumbell and didn't get near the resluts.
