    Spasms and 'clinching' are common sides involved with hypertrophy. If you train a muscle hard enough and intensely enough, thats its way of muscle guarding and telling you to leave it alone until it heals. Im sure the AAS plays a role in the muscle degradation as well. I would likely give the same advice, but maybe recommend a potassium supplement as well, if its that severe.

        I've read that it's electrolytes as well, but apparently caffeine anhydrous leaves more potassium behind than regular caffeine an a ECA stack. Most of my twitches are in my legs from overdoing the running as I try to regain a year's worth of cardio in a few short weeks before rugby season starts again.

            i get it in my bicep and even in my nose sumtimes u think coffee and caffine have something to do with it and more potassim ie bannanas should help

              thanks for the answer YJ, i get that shit all the time too after a killer ass workout. havent had it happen to me since i started lifting again one week ago. but i've been using warm up weight to get back into it slow so i think thats why i havent gotten it yet.
