I was seeing real gains in over all strength. Then I had to change my exercise routine in order for a physical aglity test for a new job. This test requires me to bench 90% of my wieght and run 1.5 miles in 12 mins.
I lowered calories to 1500 a day near 100 of that is from fat.
my wieght has dropped to 230. I'm 6'6".
I can just barely get the run.
But with the Cardio training it seams my bench has dropped from 240 to 205 and Now 185 Today. I didn't carb up today maybe thats why. I left the gym and will try tomorrow and work chest and tri's fully. Little upset. This is freaking me out.
I haven't done cardio in 2 day and I guess I'll take another day from it. My leggs have really sculpted out. Everything on me seams to have grown also.
My Routine
Mon: Chest, Tri's
Tues: sometime rest or Back and Bi's
Wed: Back and Bi's unless I did them Previous
thur: Legs. Sometimes shoulders, forarms
Friday: rest
Six days a week: Abs Upper, lower, obli, never same in 48 Hours. Cardio: one every day for six days also Bike, track, tread mill, Total eliptical.
Diet sups
Multi Vitamin
150min Plus protien daily Iso pure
1250mill Flak seed oil twice day
6-oxo ( I think it helps)
cod liver oil
B complex
Iron- I was anemic still take them it's ok
Calium with d
Glucosamine condroiton with msm( methysulfonylmethane)
