I just got back from the gym and I notice that I got no pain in my forearms during or after my workout. I think it had something to due with my wrist wraps too because I didn't use them and instead I focused on my form more. The wraps I have for my wrists I think were on too tight as well so something wasn't right because now I have no wrist pain.

When I started to bulk up my form was perfect because thats what I concentrated on the most before even trying to bulk up. Then after going to the gym today, I noticed I concentrated on straining to push for that extra rep more than I was focusing on my form..

IT'S ALL MAKING SENSE NOW!!! :dancingne

The only thing thats bugging me is that my right arm is a little bit stronger than my left but I got them now to where my left arms strength is pretty much the same as my left. I think I also might be looking at myself too hard every day because everyone at my house can't tell the difference but I can.
Hey bro - one other tip that I just thought of. Make sure your palms are fully and equally supinated when doing curls.

      Good luck.

There are actually 4 tendons that run along that line. The start mid-way the forearm and extend through the wrist into the palm of the hand and are responsible for flexion of the wrist and fingers.

I talked to the gym owner who has a degree in sports medicine and stuff and he told me it was from straining too much with the curl bar. He said he could tell I was on juice because one week I wen't in there and did curls with lighter weight, and then a week later he said I doubled the weight and hit it like it was nothing. He said I strained too much and told me to switch and do some different curls. So now I did hammer curls this week and took the strain off my forearms and didnt notice any pain. He told me to wait a week or two before I start trying to curl like I used to and start with light weight to see how my forearms feel.
