    doing it for a month then trying "http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=580380 "

    i am really just trying to gain mass.

    nutrition-

    1. oatmeal, protine shake, raw egg, 2. meat sandwhich on WW bread 3. chicken breast with white rice 4. another assorted sandwhich 5. assorted nuts. 5. protine shake and a bowl of oat cerial 6. more chicken breats with rice or veggies. 7. penut butter sandwhich and protine shake before bed.

    thats my avg meal a day. i used to take mamoth but got tired of it and now on straight protine.

    i seem to be at a plateu and wonder if any of you can help me gain soem more wieght!

    what advanced training techniques have you used in the past? like drop sets, supersets, preexhaustion...what is your training history like? you can pm me if you'd like

      i used to just do pyramid training starting at 6 and moving down to 3 with 4 sets.

        i would advise more calories. try to get in at least 4500-5000 cals per day if going for mass.

          buy a bigger fork! :rofl: yeah, caloric intake made a world of difference for myself!
