I hope this works. It's an Excel worksheet. I've never Zipped an Excel document...so let me know if nothing shows up. It's a pretty useful spreadsheet i came up with. It's nothing fancy... it works for me and my buddy.
All you do is type in the pounds and reps for each set. The last sheet in the document is an average of everything you did. I havent completely finished it for this phase(6-week schedule). But it shows everyone a good idea of how we do it. And its a great way to track your progress.
