Ok every where I read i see people saying they exercise for one hour. Or there schedule only allows them one hour to get to the gym and back in one hour. Is this BS? I personally warm up for 10 mins and shretch for 10 mins more if its legs.
I've seen all different athele's training and they useally take more than a hour. Sometimes they split routines exercising in morning and afternoon for 2 hours a day. My workouts take about 1 hour and 45 mins But I do take 3-5 mins between sets. Is this to long? Ok rip away hehe.
