actually - here's another question for ya, how heavy are you going on leg presses when you DO do them?
going heavy - and i mean, as heavy as you can possibly go, i would say even going as far as trying to outpress some of the men in your gym - that's what's helped me in the past few weeks bring out my quads a lot more - just by virtue of them growing. my bf% hasn't changed significantly, but i just have more muscle underneath to show for it.
