Not really cutting but more maintaining. Here is schedule. Bear in mind, i do triathlons and all my training is based on that.
Mon -- Chest, Arms, Thighs, Hammy's--Run
Tues -- Abs -- Swim
Wed -- Shoulders, Back, Calves -- Bike
Thur -- Chest, Arms, Thighs, Hammy's -- Run
Fri -- Abs --Swim
Sat -- Shoulders, Back, -- Long Bike

HST every other day and HIIT every day. When I cut I go full throttle. I also work out as early in the morning as possible (ideally first thing in the morning) with as little food on my stomach as possible. I know this isn't the right plan for building muscle but remember the goal here is to lose bodyfat and this works wonders for me. I typically lose 17 pounds of fat to every one pound of muscle.
