Lately, I've been getting a pain in my left leg from the top of my ankle to the bottom of my calve on the inside of my leg. I haven't had this problem after doing cardio until this week. After running, it feels like my fuckin bone is about to snap and hurt really bad but feels more like a muscle when i rub on it. I trained legs this week and usually i dont do cardio when i do legs but this week i did and maybe i overtrained them?? My other leg is fine but my left one sucks. What could this be?
