Are you ever going to have anything useful to say or are you happy just being an annoyance? If you are just into saying stupid stuff, go join the yahoo teentools chat room. I'm sure you will find plenty of your kind there.Originally posted by hardyI have kind of a goal to be almost acrobatic. :ghey:

I took the day off yesterday. Today is gonna be back thicknes and hamstrings. I'll be doing bentover rows, one arm dumbbell rows and deadlifts for my back, and usual hams stuff, like lying legcurls, standing legcurls and seated legcurls.Originally posted by FitnessBratSo nobody worked out yesterday??

Same thing goes for my "what have you "eaten" today thread. I know many people see it but only like 4 people have posted. I dont think half of these fucking tools workout or eat more then 3 meals a day of cookies and chips. :thumbsdowOriginally posted by FitnessBrat

The only thing I do at the present time is stretch, run and very light resistance training (which is even too much somtimes). I've had a lot of problems over the last 7 years with headaches and (what I thought was) continous pulled muscles in my upper back and neck area. This year the pain finally got to a point where I knew there had to be something more to it. I got an MRI and it turns out:
C3-C4 is dehydrated with mild annular disc bulge
C4-C5 is dehydrated with severe bulge and foraminal narrowing (causing a pinched nerve).
C5-C6 Mild bulge
Sometimes it causes headaches so bad while I'm at work that I have to go into the clients bathroom and throw up. Talk about frkn embarassing!!!Last edited by blm; 02-22-07, 07:06 PM.

Everybody's disc dehydrate to a point over time. That is why old people end up getting a little shorter. However, mine are dehydrated and bulged excessively from physical damage from motorcycle accidents, car accidents, and sports injuries over the years. Not sure what they are going to do at this point. I need to find a good sports dr cuz my doc just wants to give me painmeds, muscle relaxers and deep tissue massages...wtf...??
