during training, what does everyone here drink?

      Just water, though some sport drink say it can help you when you are trainning and exercising, always it can help you be fatter. :dancingne

        I drink water. I once drank gatorade, but i felt sick while working out and it made me puke. I read somewhere that when u lift, all ur blood will leave ur stomach and goto the muscle being worked out. Therefore, the gatorade will be in ur stomach and settle down, making u feel sick to the stomach.

                Sometimes I will fill a gallon jug with sugar free kool aid, drinking water all the time just beats me down!

                        I used to have all that stuff in powder form and I'd mix it with 1.5 liters of water. I ran out of most of that stuff though so lately I've just been drinking water and popping BCAA caps between sets.

                          He said it wasn't just milk. It was milk with raw eggs and sugar added to it. :wacko:

                              That shit sounds dangerous. U could get sick and die :hang:

                              The combination of raw eggs and milk is ok, but once it out and its wit u for an hour in 110 degree temps, bacteria starts to grow faster and faster.
                              I also agree wit Bouncer, sounds nasty and prolly tastes like SHIT.
