My traps are horrible, never seem to grow... any suggestions on certain exercises... shrugs just dont seem to do it

well shrugs is about the only thing that is going to work them directly. how do you do your shrugs? DB's, Barbell ect? i go back and forth each week. slow and controlled with as much weight you can do for 12-15 reps. hold at the top for 2 seconds or so.Originally posted by LeanBeastMy traps are horrible, never seem to grow... any suggestions on certain exercises... shrugs just dont seem to do it
