Well I've never had a set ab routine. I pretty much just throw in some decline crunches, leg raises, and various twisting motions whenever I want to do abs. What do some of you do to hit that mid-section??

On a serious note... this is the way to really roll on abs. but I get a better burn doing them off a bench and very slow!Originally posted by radoOn a serious note...When I do train my stomach...I just do leg raises and crunches...I keep the leg raises to 5 sets of 40 and crunches at 5 sets of 50...
