    Well I've never had a set ab routine. I pretty much just throw in some decline crunches, leg raises, and various twisting motions whenever I want to do abs. What do some of you do to hit that mid-section??

    lol.. I think I have an 8 pack, hehe.

    I do leg raises off a bench, hanging leg raises, twists with plates, crunches with a medicine ball, rope crunches, and some of those machines.

    But really your Abs are created in the kitchen.

      On a serious note... this is the way to really roll on abs. but I get a better burn doing them off a bench and very slow!

            I just do some basic crunche's but the key to mine and they way I show people is to push all the air out of your lungs on the contraction.
