    actually I have never done these... ghrs, but alot of people on another board I visit recommend them and use them, but they are difficult even with BW alone.

    I have seen them done with in differnent pieces of equipment, but I will check what you posted again and try it out.

            increased my leg press by 20 pounds today and more TUT...no queasy feeling and felt great throughout the workout. so its been 2 to 3 workouts where I feel completely different.

                  leg night tonight.. gonna hit it hard on my quads solely with squats and presses BOUNCE, some sldls and some standing leg raises for hams and last but not least for the booty doing some walking lunges very low and the exercise Beastman recommended. I am trying to incorporate everyone's recommendations into my leg workouts and change it up.

                  Leg night is my best night..

                              LEG workout was awesome. My inner sweep is quite tender this am. My hams havent started to act up yet, but that will come as the day progresses. I passed on the walking lunges and just did them on the smith. The gym was so crowded and I would've been in the way or ACTUALLY others would have been in my way :D But I did rock them on the smith... I started with lift lunges and then banged out plain old lunges.
