So, I try and get to the gym 4-5 times a week. During my hour long workout, I will do about 30 minutes of weights, and 20-25 minutes of cardio. At least 3 days a week, I'll go home after work, take my dogs on a brisk 10-15 minute walk, and then hop on the treadmill for another 25+ minutes.
Do you all think it's better to continue to do the 2 shorter cardio sessions of 55+min combined, or do 55+ minutes all at one time, and then do weights after work?
