      Nah, not heated. And yeah I love how easy it is on my knee.

        you dont even need to swim laps, tie on a little weight and just tread water. Swimming is great cardio.

          I grew up in a pool, was a lifeguard, did scuba diving, blah blah blah, & thought I knew how to swim. I got smoked in the last triathlon I did. I was in the top 100 out of 1100 in the run & bike, but bottom 100 in the swim.

          I recently bought a book for Tri- swimming. It teaches you rotate and swim on your sides. This way you're incorporating more of your body, instead of just arms & legs, & you swim much more efficiently.

          I did a 2200 yd. swim w/various sets, drills, etc. last week & it took me an hour. 2350 took me an hour today.
