    What do you guys think of this? I did this today and i felt like i got a good workout. Just not sure if its too much.

    With these two I did them back to back (alternating) for two sets each then rested then did the last two sets.
    Machine Preacher Curl: 4x10
    Seated Dip Machine: 4x10

    These I just did individually with rests between sets (probably 15-30 seconds).
    Rope Pull Down: 4x10
    Concentration DB Curls: 4x10
    Standing DB Curls: 3x10
    Standing BB Curls: 3x10
    Skull Crushes: 3x10
    One Arm Over the Head Extentions: 3x7

    I know this seems like a lot but a lot of these I could have kept going on the reps...or increased the weight.

    i would cut it down to 2 exercises for biceps and 2 for triceps.

        Vary it. If you continue to perform the same two exercises every week, your body adapts and growth will slow or eventually cease.
