Not in the near future but just putting some ideas together, What equipment would it need?
Clearly the size of the gym would determine how much equipment but there has to be a bare minimum, here's my thoughts;
1 x flat bench press
1 x incline bench press
1 x cable lat pull down
1 x low cable row with seat
1 x smith machine
1 x power rack
Dumbells from 2.5 kg to 65kg,
4 x adjustable benches, plus one for smith and power rack
1 x 45 degree leg press
1 x hack slide
1 x leg extension
1 x seated leg curl
1 x calf raise standing
1 x cable crossover
1 x treadmill
1 x eliptical
2 x bikes
What do you think?
ideally you want additional stuff like hammer pull downs, rows, T Bar, hypers, ab stuff, tricep press downs, seated calves, shoulder press station blah blah:)
