But seriously don't get in that I am stuck head game you have to look at the whole thing as a game you try different plays some works you score and some doesn't you go back to the drawing board and try something else and when you find the winning combo of foods getting back in shape will be a breeze.
Second, as you get close to your goal weight your weight loss should not slow down in fact it should speed up, if it's slowing down that means it's time to change your diet. As your BF gets lower your metabolism speeds up and you also have more muscle mass now compared to before so because more muscles requires more energy it'll tap in to your fat storage and your body will burn fat like a furnace so unless you are doing something wrong with your food you should get leaner faster not slower.

Oh I'll get my ribbin real good when I post the pics - but I am not gonna until I get to the right build where training constructive criticism will help me. I know what I need to do to get my old body back - it'll take some time but my diet is no prob, just need to keep rotated enough so I don't get fucking bored with it lol. I can't believe how hungry as shit I am 24/7 now again - I really do know what you mean.
