hey
is there anyone here who has tried to keep about three-year break from training, and knows how much effort and time it takes to reach my old size and strength again?
or do i start from scatch again, and have to train for years to reach my old size and form again?
it must be said that I am just 180cm high slender by nature, weighed about 63kg when I started 11 years ago to train and when I was the most I weighed about 100kg with arms at 49cm and had fat % between 6 and 8% and benches around 225kg
I stopped training due to work and because I needed a break and have due to lack of time only eating 2-3 times per day and all kinds of food
while I worked in the three years (night shift), and got too little sleep, etc.. (short, very unhealthy lifestyle)
my weight is probably around 80kg now and fat and approximately 15-20% is fair sick of it
hope someone can help with some info because I am a bit curious, i have never held a break so long from training before.
I am also foreign, so i apologize my rusty english...:retard:
