keep hitting it bro -- your weights will go up -- my goal is 600 lb incline in offseason !! been able to do 600 lbs on the flat bench . incline was always a weak area for me so i stopped doing heavy flat bench a long time ago to focus on my incline - i feel incline builds a better chest anyway

started a topic inclined 515 lbs today

    inclined 515 lbs today

i am 8 weeks out of a bodybuilding show with very limited carbs and still put up 515 lbs on incline bench for 2 today

    i worked up from 240

    240 x 20
    330 x 10
    420 x 8
    515 x 2
then a drop set back down to 240 till failure

the numbers are different because your average bar is 45 lbs - i use a bar that is alot fatter around and it weighs 60 lbs on its own -

did dips supersetted with cables flyes after that and that was it for chest
