    How often do you guys take a week off?

    I took a week off about 5 months ago, but my training has been suffering lately. I am considering taking a week off again.

    How often is too often?

    why do you need a week?

    why not 3 days?

      My lifting weights have dropped as well as my stamina.

      My lifting routine is based on a week period of time, so I figured a week would be best.

        Yup I take a week off every 6-7 months. Helps a lot. If you keep your diet in check, you will come back stronger and get past all your plateaus

          Only problem I have had doing that is one week turns into to then into months
          :rofl:

          I dont think it will hurt a thing, however keep your diet in check and maybe lower the cals a touch to keep from gaining any fat that week
