Everytime I train legs heavy I am extremely tired, fatigued, and all around unmotivated to do anything for the next two days. Doesn't help that I get a restless feeling in my quads at night (which keeps me up at times) but even when I manage to get a full night sleep, I still feel fatigued.
Does this happen to anyone else? Anyone have an explanation as to why this happens? Does it have to do with glycogen levels? Lactic Acid? ???
