What do you guys say about this exercise? I like the feel I get through my whole shoulders, traps, everything. 3 sets on this one too? I usually do 12-15 reps

each to their own, I do them but not every week, I do my pressing comprising one free weight and one machine then upright rows, strict but explosive, push off on my tip toes a bit for the last couple reps, then laterals then shrugs.
Other weeks I skip the uprights as every week gets to hard on shoulders and wrists
