I add upright rows to my delt routines here and there. Good change of pace exercise.

p.s. its odd but you look much bigger in the first pic then in the second pic. same outfit so i dont get it. shoulders look wider and waist looks smaller in first pic. must be photoshop. :lmao:

i cant find jeans that fit me like that. i all the jeans i can find that fit around the leg nicely are to big at the waist. your jeans look like they fit perfect.

I am on the wall about upright rows, I fell them mostly in the trap. So, I don't know if I'm doing them correctly if they are supposed to be more delt.

Jeans are awsome, pics arn't the best.

Upright rown are for traps, if you want to hit delts with upright rows then take an almost shoulder width grip

We did the sundance flight in Vegas, those pics are in the Canyon. Got the whole DVD thing and some pics, pretty trippy as we flew back at sunset, full red sky then went black as we flew back over the strip all lit up.

Reminded me of some of those ariel cuts from the film Heat, really surreal.

One thing though, the dvd had takes from inside the chopper, caught me and the Mrs clowning around elbowing eachother and stuff, and then the perso behin us puking in the sick bag on the return flight.:thumup:
